To assign a radio button to just add in the configuration file the command:

bind X "ut_radio x y"

X is the name of the button x number of category and number of choices there.
To display a personalized message in addition to these sounds, you must add at the end of the command message:

bind X "xy ut_radio my message"

For example, the command:

bind X "ut_radio September 9 Thank you!"

Will play his "thanks" and display the message "Thanks!" chat team.
