It is a post where The trial Know their Future In The clan. At this Result, there are 3 Possibilities :

*Pass Member
*Stay Trial
*Be declined

The judgement is based on 4 Points.

*Skill Level
*Behavior And Maturity
*Activity On Game And On forum
*Team Work

So :

If You Have a Majority of YES, you Pass as Member
If you Have an egal number of YES & NO, you stay as Trial
If you Have a Majority of NO, you are declined.
